Wait—whoa...a what?

Ramato, meaning “copper” is created from skin-contact Pinot Grigio grapes. Known as an Orange wine, this presentation is a complex experience with Pinot Grigio’s noted acidity combined with some tannin of a red wine, more body, and a lingering finish.

Aromas of charred blood oranges, peach fuzz, cinnamon, winter citrus, hay and river rocks. Flavors of pepper and smoke at the front lead to apricot combined with dry and savory notes down the throat.

Pair with rich and salty fall foods such as risotto, mushrooms, squash, nuts, medium bodied cheese, and roasted dishes.
